How can I order?
You can always order at Inifinity By The Browgeek. If you are a professional and you want to earn Browgeek Points you have to request for an account first, top right. Don’t forget to enter your VAT number. If you are a retail client this isn’t necessary. Many of these processes are discussed in our Frequently Asked Questions.
I did not recieve an order confirmation
Promptly after successful payment, you will get a confirmation of your order by email. Not received? It is possible it has ended up in your spam-box. It is also possible that you accidentally made a typing error in your e-mail adress. Do you have a question about your order? Mail to orders@infinityhybrid.com.

I forgot something to order. Can I change this?
After you place your order, it is promptly forwarded to our warehouse and the package is often packed right away. We would love to help you, but unfortunately a placed order can’t be changed. Please be careful when ordering.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary per country, but most destinations fall between €6.95 and €11.95. To see the exact rate for your order, simply enter your full delivery address during checkout — the correct shipping cost will appear automatically based on your location and order details.

Can I specify a delivery date for my order?
No, it not possible (yet) to specify a delivery date to your order. You can always use the comment section on the checkout page to leave your preferences about the delivery date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can’t make changes to your order. So please be careful when placing an order. Do you have a question about your order? Please email us or send us a WhatsApp message.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made through iDeal, Bank, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay, creditcard and banktransfer.
Where can I find my invoice?
In the order confirmation you get by email, you will find a link to download the invoice. Didn’t get an order confirmation? It may have ended up in your spam. Or maybe you made a typing error in your e-mail address. As a result, you did not get the invoice. You can find all your invoices in your account.
You can always ask for your invoice by sending an email to orders@infinityhybrid.com.
When will I recieve my order?
We’ll always do our very best to make sure you receive your beauty products as quickly as possible.
Our team ships orders six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, and any order placed before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day.
We aim for next-day delivery whenever possible. However, please place your order in time and allow 2–3 days for shipping, as delivery times can vary depending on our courier partners.
Can I pay on account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by invoice, and thus afterwards. All order must be paid during the ordering process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed you will get an email with track and trace and you can follow your order.

Are you a Beauty Professional or do you want to become one? Do you want to get trained by the absolute best? Our Beauty Pro’s knows everything about all our brands and so there are many options possible. Please contact us.

How can I request the SDS file?
If you need the SDS file for any of our products, you can request it directly through our contact page. Simply submit your request there, and our team will send the document over to you as soon as possible.
