In 2020 and 2021, when salons closed and professionals lost everything overnight, Debs ran over 10,000 free online classes. No charge. No agenda. Just education kept alive when the industry needed it most. Those professionals came back stronger. That is what mentorship actually looks like.

While the beauty industry shuttered, Debs built a community from scratch. Over 10,000 free online classes delivered to professionals who had nowhere else to turn. The nickname came from the community itself. It stuck because it was true.
