Standard returns
- 14 days from delivery to request a return
- Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
- You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong
- Refunds processed within 3 business days of us receiving the return
What is NOT returnable
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetic products (tints, cleansers, oils, mousses, jellies)
- Sale or clearance items (final sale, no returns)
- Digital products · ebooks, online courses, training content
- Items shipped more than 30 days ago
Damaged or wrong items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund and cover return shipping.
How to return
- Email us with order number and reason
- We will send you a return label, or depending on location, we may ask you to pack and return
- Pack securely. Drop with carrier within 7 days of label issue
- We refund within 3 business days of receipt
