This is the privacy policy for Infinity by The Brow Geek® (we, us, our), a registered company operating from Breda, Netherlands, with fulfilment offices in London, Houston, and Sydney.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (optional)
• Order data: what you bought, when, where it shipped
• Marketing consent: whether you opted in to newsletters (Flodesk-managed)
• Usage data: pages viewed, time on site, device type · pseudonymous via Shopify Analytics + Microsoft Clarity
• Distributor data: business name, VAT/EIN, trade references · only if you apply for trade access

What we do with it

• Process and fulfil your orders
• Send you transactional emails
• Send marketing emails via Flodesk · only if you opted in
• Improve site performance using anonymised analytics
• Comply with tax, customs, and accounting law

What we do not do

• Sell your data to anyone, ever
• Share with third-party advertisers beyond what is required to run targeted ads (Meta Pixel, Google Ads · only if cookies accepted)
• Send marketing without consent

Your rights (GDPR Article 15-22)

• Access: request a copy of your data
• Rectification: correct anything inaccurate
• Erasure: right to be forgotten · we delete within 30 days
• Portability: get your data in machine-readable format
• Object: stop us using your data for marketing

Data retention

Account + order data: 7 years (UK + EU tax law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 26 months (Shopify default).

Where data lives

Shopify EU servers (Ireland) for orders + accounts. Flodesk US servers for marketing (US-EU Data Privacy Framework certified). Microsoft Azure EU for Clarity analytics.

Who we are

Infinity by The Brow Geek® is a trading name. Both Infinity Hybrid® and The Brow Geek® are registered trademarks. Aqua Drops®, Brow Buddies®, Magic Wands, Brow E.R., and Fluff Me Up are also our marks.

Orders & payment

• Prices in GBP unless otherwise stated. EU customers see EUR, USA see USD, AUS see AUD
• VAT/sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing address, to remove this please add VAT number to add reverse charge,
• Payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (UK only).
• Order confirmation does not equal contract acceptance.

Pro & trade accounts

• Trade pricing requires approved distributor account.
• Minimum order quantities apply.
• Distributor Hub available.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is our copyright. Do not reproduce without permission.

Liability

Our products are professional-use cosmetics. Customers are responsible for patch-testing before client use, following SDS guidelines, and complying with local cosmetic regulation. Maximum liability is the order value paid.

Governing law

UK and Netherlands law. Disputes resolved in the courts of Texas, London or Breda, depending on customer location.
